International Terms

Terms that apply to orders shipped outside the United States.

Shipping and payment

International orders ship by UPS and must be prepaid before they ship.

Using your own carrier

If you prefer another carrier, you arrange the pickup with that carrier and provide the shipping labels. We will only place the shipping labels you provide on the packages. This policy protects both you and us against shipping fraud.

Duties, taxes and customs fees

The buyer pays all import duties, taxes, customs fees and brokerage charges in the destination country. These are not included in our prices or shipping charges.

Local laws and regulations

The buyer is responsible for following their own country's rules, including making sure our products can be imported, sold and used there and obtaining any medical device registration or approval required by local law.

Customs clearance

Customs processing times are outside our control and can delay delivery. If your customs authority needs additional product documentation, contact us before you order.

Returns

Our standard return policy applies to international orders.
