Each Tyvek envelope contains one disposable monofilament with instructions, calibrated to deliver a 10 gram force range, ±1.5 g. The Tyvek envelope protects the monofilament until use, which makes singles a good fit for patient take-home kits, mailings and home screening. Orders are per envelope.

Our HRSA handles' design shows the HRSA Lower Extremity Amputation Prevention (LEAP) Program logo on the front and the four testing sites on the back. The handle allows one to hold the monofilament while gently applying it to the patient's foot.

Our monofilaments are 1.75″ wide by 1″ tall.
